Workpackage 4: Adaptation of Biokits to multiplexed format and integration
The main objective of this WP is:
· Adaptation of the BioKits and microfluidic design to 60 allergens
· Verification of the optical response of the multi-analyte system (chip-kit)
Production of bioreagents and Immobilization of the allergens proposed over the kit.
