Workpackage 1: Management

The objective of this work package is to guarantee that:

·       the research project is carried out according to the time schedule and budget established,

·       the objectives are efficiently achieved,

·       a system to provide a continuous evaluation feedback and a constant project monitoring is created,

·       an effective coordinated structure is created and maintained,

·       the project is managed according to the contract between the Consortium and the EC, maintaining a continuous link with the EC, overall legal, contractual, ethical, financial and administrative management of the project.
